November Meeting Reminder

The November meeting is just over a week away!

On the agenda:

Equipment Night... "show and tell". Bring a photographic tool or toy (or two or three) that you find useful to share with the group. Maybe you will find something to ask Santa for... assuming that you have been good this year!!!

Image Study... this is your opportunity to get feed back on your photographs. Send files to Frank by Tuesday, 19 Nov or bring prints to the meeting. (Three photos per person, maximum.) We will display the photos and discuss them at the meeting.

Snapseed... Chuck Bruce will give us an overview of this program for "post-processing" digital photos.

October Meeting Reminder

The October Meeting is just over a week away!

On the agenda for this month:

• Selection of photos for the NECCC Fall Digital Competition. Please send files to Lynn on or before Monday, 14 Oct. Files (two nature and two "open/pictorial") should be sized and named as described on the "Other Information" page.
• A presentation about "Snapseed" a free photo editing program from Google by Chuck Mathis.
• A presentation titled "Photography Before 1900: Art and Chemistry" by Frank Gorga.

Get those files to Lynn by Monday and we'll see you all on the 17^th!

Worldwide Photo Walk in Peterborough

The Peterborough Edition of Scott Kelby's Worldwide Photo Walk happens on Saturday, 5 October 2013 from 2-5 PM.

MCC member Chuck Bruce is the walk leader.

Meeting Reminder!


With the start of a new camera club season, we are going to try to use the Monadnock Camera Club blog as our primary web presence.

Our first meeting for the season is coming right up (next Thursday, 19 Sept.). Please consider bringing a friend (prospective new member) along!

The main event for the evening is "Members Night"... each member is encouraged to bring ten or twelve photographs (either prints or digital files) to share with the group.

Additionally, we will be picking prints (both color and black and white) for the NECCC fall competitions. The subject matter for these prints is "open".

Also, Chuck will be collecting your dues ($25). He accepts either cash or check. 

Lastly, refreshments will be served.
